Marketing Can’t Fix Bad Design

As a business owner maybe approaching marketing for the first time your natural instinct might be that you just need to get the word out.

If only more people hear about your product or service, then you’ll be successful. *whatever that looks like.

But what have you been doing so far?

What have your current customers been saying?

Is there a reason people aren’t seeking out what you do?

Maybe, it’s just not good enough yet or at least not worth talking about for any of your current patrons.

If you’ve designed your product or service correctly there should be some marketing baked right in.

Happy customers tell their friends and family, some of whom decide to become customers too.

So instead of throwing money at getting the word out, why not spend a bit of time and money improving the design of your product or service.
