You might try and appeal to your customers to tell their friends or family about your product or service.
The logic goes that word of mouth is one of the most effective methods of advertising and building trust with your customer base.
The one problem is that if you ask your customers to do this there’s no certainty that it’ll actually happen.
This is because customers won’t talk about your company because it helps you *no matter how much you ask.
Customers talk about products or services that helped them.
This is because on the whole humans are largely set interested.
They believe that whatever their individual problem is their friends and families likely have the same problem and will share the solution they’ve found (you in this case) with them in order to be useful to their peers.
