Your attitude can make or lose the sale with prospective customers

How you treat customers when you come into contact with them can have a big effect on whether they will do business with you

Perhaps you are really nice generally and people get a good feeling being around you, that could lead them to do business with you even if you aren’t the cheapest on the market

Or perhaps you are rude or dismissive of customers because you are too busy or overworked, this undoubtedly will lose you business even if you have the best product or service on the market

So when building your business be sure you know what you want your customers to feel when they come into contact with you and build your systems around this

Do customer service agents need more time to interact with customers so that they can treat them better and ensure problems are fully solved

Or perhaps this isn’t a priority within your strategy and you are ok with doing less business with worse customer service
