If you are only going to research one thing about your customers make sure it is this:
The value that your product or service creates for them.
You want to be intimately aware of every facet of value that you know your product or service adds to the customers life
Once you have this information you need to rewrite your marketing strategy so that you only communicate this back to the market, repeatedly.
You cannot over communicate the value you create for customers and you can’t communicate it too often
This added value is what will help customers continue to buy your product or service and help new customer discover your business.
Researching this information doesn’t have to be complicated, just listen to the way your customers talk about the product or service and the problems it solves for them
