It can go either way, they might over price because they over value what they offer or underprice because they under value it

How much you value your offering isn’t what matters in your business it’s how much the market values what you do

Once you know this then you can price your offering appropriately within these parameters. 

Which is freeing because it means when someone haggles over price with you they aren’t directly devaluing you, only what they and the wider market thinks is appropriate for what your business is offering.
