Customers don’t buy your methodology they buy the outcome

When customers make a purchase decision outside of ethical considerations they don’t care how a product is made or created

They care the problem that it solves

In you marketing strategy you need to ensure that your value proposition revolves around the outcome not how you get there

That said as part of the value proposition you can supplement the outcome with some of the methodology but don’t make it the main thing

As the saying goes, keep the main thing, the main thing

And that is the outcome the customer is hiring your product or service to complete
