Across the market there are areas in which consumers are extremely careful with how they spend their money and the path to purchase will be harder
For example they might spend a lot of time thinking about big ticket items like houses or cars – these are high consideration purchases.
But there are other categories where people spend money almost as if they aren’t thinking about it – these are low consideration purchases.
Examples of this might be within the same product area but a different category – getting work done to fix a house or car
This case if a repair will cost thousands then people if they have the money won’t think twice as they need housing and transportation
So if you are targeting customers and you can select categories where people readily spend select those as it will be easier to make each sales
