They are most helpful when a new idea / innovation / method of communication comes along

In this case they will give you a proper framework to see if these things will support your current marketing efforts or take away from them

With a stop doing or don’t do list you have clarity about what is most important in your marketing and will give you and your team focus around what you should be doing
