The questions you ask your customers can dramatically reframe their problem to your advantage

If you ask a customer; either in your marketing materials or sales pitch if they’d like X or Y it makes it infinitely harder for them to request the lower priced Z

This reframing the solution to their problem as only having two options at that point in time is how it is effective

Rather than being manipulative this is just you reframing the problem on your own terms rather than them being dictated by the customer

So think carefully about the questions you ask your customer and ensure it is done to ensure it suits your business
