If a group of customers chose to buy or not to buy that’s generally accurate feedback about your offering

As a group you can get quality information for market research and customer insights

But the risk comes with some individual customers, they might not represent the whole market

Whilst we want Individuals to provide feedback and complain if needed but you shouldn’t always get caught up thinking that their one voice is the most important

The individual might be the one that shouts the loudest but in actual fact they aren’t the target market for your product or service

That could be the point where you graciously help them find a different company to meet their needs and focus on your customers, the group that are right!
